When you want a qualified tenant without the hassle, our Lease Only plans are the solution. We will advertise, show your property, and thoroughly screen applicants to fill your rental property with a quality tenant. Leasing prices are based on the percentage of annual rent.

Neighborly Done Right Promise

We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles. If it’s not done right, we promise to make it right.

If you are not satisfied with your local Real Property Management franchise’s performance of management duties as set forth in your Management Agreement, contact us in writing within the first 60 days of the term of the Management Agreement, and we will make it right to the extent we deem necessary to remedy the issue, or we will waive all future management fees and terminate the Management Agreement without penalty.


Tenant Replacement Promise

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away—leaving you with an empty property, no rent to pay the mortgage, and the expense of finding a new tenant. So if we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will find you a new qualified tenant for free.


Risk Free Eviction Promise

We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With the Risk Free Eviction Promise, you pay a small monthly fee and we pay all the legal fees involved in an unlawful detainer suit. Because so many people participate in our program, the cost of a painful eviction is spread out over many property owners—affordably minimizing the risk for everyone involved.
