Brett Reed, President of Real Property Management Hill Country
Brett has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. He has experience in data and analytics, SAAS platforms, and commercial, residential, student housing, and multifamily real estate. Brett is committed to superior communication with property owners and tenants, maximizing efficiency throughout the management process, and raising investors’ return on investment.
Outside of Real Property Management Hill Country operations, you can find Brett enjoying life in the Texas Hill Country with his wife and children. Brett volunteers as a den leader and committee chairman for Cub Scouts Pack 102 in Boerne and with high school youth at his church. Brett looks forward to quick escapes to Medina Lake and hunting at his family ranch with family and friends.
Mary Pat Reed, Vice President of Real Property Management Hill Country
Working alongside her husband, Mary Pat oversees operations, communications, client relations, and marketing for Real Property Management Hill Country. She has a 15-year career background in pediatric speech-language pathology in the medical, private practice, and higher education settings. Her dual expertise in healthcare and business management allows her to bring a unique perspective to Real Property Management Hill Country, ensuring excellence in service, communication, and client satisfaction.
Mary Pat enjoys all things about family life in Boerne and the Hill Country and is active in several Boerne and San Antonio moms’ groups. She serves on the PTA in Northside ISD, teaches religious education at her church, and is an expert chauffer for her children with their many events around the Boerne and San Antonio area. Mary Pat enjoys spending quality time with her family anywhere memories can be made, especially on Boerne Main Street, at Fiesta Texas, or at San Antonio Missions baseball games.
Ana Fly, Maintenance Manager of Real Property Management Hill Country
Ana brings a strong foundation in financial management, client relations, and property coordination to our RPM Hill Country Team with over 17 years of bookkeeping experience, a Real Estate Management degree from San Antonio College, and 3 years of past experience as a Realtor®. Ana thrives on helping others and ensuring a positive experience for our tenants and property owners.
In her free time, Ana is passionate about volunteering at her children’s school in BISD and church and finds joy in giving back to the Boerne Community. Ana loves family time with her husband and girls, and her favorite moments are spent on little adventures with her daughters.
Kari McAnally, Property Manager of Real Property Management Hill Country
As Property Manager, Kari brings a unique blend of military discipline, marketing insight, and organizational leadership to the RPM Hill Country Team. A proud Navy Veteran, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word. With over six years of experience serving on her HOA board and working closely with property management, she is passionate about solving problems, keeping operations running smoothly, and building strong connections with residents and team members alike.
Outside of work, Kari is deeply rooted in the San Antonio community, where she’s lived for 14 years with her husband and three children. She stays busy volunteering at her children’s school, her church, and in leadership with her local Cub Scout pack. Her favorite moments are spent outdoors and on the move with her active family.
Garrison Giddens, Leasing Agent of Real Property Management Hill Country
Garrison was born and raised in Boerne and has worked in the San Antonio and Hill Country area for over a decade. He specializes in commercial and residential leasing and has had his Texas license for over two years. Garrison has completed multiple investment/commercial real estate courses, further strengthening his expertise in client relations, property management technology, and real estate investment. He is dedicated to clear, timely communication between property owners and residents, optimizing leasing efficiency, and maximizing leads for investors. Garrison takes pride in building strong community ties and helping clients achieve their real estate goals, while contributing to the strength and continued success of our RPM Hill Country team.
Outside of work, Garrison enjoys spending time with his fiancée and family, often exploring the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country together. He is actively involved in his community through Bible Study Fellowship. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, playing and watching basketball, and cooking new recipes.
Cynthia Cueto, Maintenance Coordinator of Real Property Management Hill Country
Cynthia has been working in maintenance for nearly five years and brings a strong background in customer service to the RPM Hill Country Team. She firmly believes that the customer experience is the most important part of any role and sees it as a privilege to help others solve problems and feel supported. Cynthia takes pride in making sure processes run smoothly and that residents feel heard and taken care of from start to finish.
On a personal level, Cynthia considers her family her greatest gift. She loves spending weekends with her husband and little boy, whether they’re at the beach, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying a cozy day at home watching TV and playing board games. She also loves being outdoors and considers herself a true food lover who enjoys trying new places and flavors whenever she gets the chance.
